About the Event

In this session, Jess Song will guide us to a conversation about emotional navigation as Asian Americans. What kind of conflicts and challenges have you had as Americans growing up in Asian households? How do your parents cope with their emotions?

We are bringing on Jess Song from Back To Self again to continue the conversation and bring us to a journey of understanding our emotion and feelings. Attendance to the first session is not required.

Bring a cup of tea, find your quiet space away from your close quarter, and open up Zoom to chat with us!
